These terms apply when you use the Couples Points mobile app, run by Haris Petrasitis. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using the app

You must be 18 or over and give accurate account details. Keep access to your email and sign-in accounts secure, as you are responsible for what happens in your account. The app is free for personal, non-commercial use.

Your Space and your partner

A Space holds your tasks, rewards, points and activity, and can be shared with one partner. Anyone holding your invitation code or link can use it to join until it expires or your Space is full, so share it only with the person you mean to invite. Your partner can see and change what is in your shared Space. Disconnecting or resetting is permanent in the ways the app explains before you confirm.

Points and rewards

Points are a playful way to say thank you. They have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money. Rewards are personal arrangements between you and your partner. We don't provide them and aren't responsible for whether they happen.

Your content

What you add stays yours. You allow us to store it, and show it to you and your partner, only so we can run the app. Don't use the app for anything unlawful, to harass or harm anyone, or to try to break, overload or access parts of the service that aren't yours.

Important limits

Couples Points is not relationship counselling, or medical or professional advice. If you feel unsafe in a relationship, please contact local support services or emergency services.

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and features may change. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited, including consumer rights. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app, under Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

App stores

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support, but Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as a third party. Apple's and Google's store terms also apply to your download.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Questions: support@couplespoints.app.
